Imagine if you posted a video of you dancing around and being fabulous on YouTube. Then, within days having the police show up on your doorstep to arrest you for the crime of ‘homosexuality’.
This happened to the man in this video. Harmless enough as these things go, but his punishment for this is 1,000 lashes, a year in jail and a fine of 5,000 riyals ($1,330). Of course while Uganda is pilloried for their anti-homosexual legislation, very little is said about the harsh punishments doled out by Saudi Arabia. I wonder why that could be?
